FAQ

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in the vibrations and sounds of various instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, gongs, the human voice, drums, shakers, as well as many others.

What should I expect?

Experiences during a sound bath can vary greatly from session-to-session and from person-to-person. The experience can evoke deep states of relaxation, emotional release, physical sensations, dream-like journeys and imagery, and much more. The invitation is really to release any expectation of how it might go or how you “should” feel and trust that whatever is meant to arise will arise.

What do you offer?

Offerings include private sound baths, private sound journeys, small group sound baths, and corporate/large group sound baths. All offerings are outlined in further detail on the Offerings and Events page.
